Are Benedict Cumberbatch’s eyes blue or green? Fun fact, they’re actually both. Benedict has a genetic mutation called Sectoral Heterochromia Iridum. What this means is that the pigment found within the iris, called melanin, is unevenly distributed, and causes a distortion in the colors. Blue eyes have a very low level of melanin, while green eyes have a higher amount. When inherited, the mutation is harmless - it does not affect the vision or weaken the iris muscle in any way, just gives it a very mystical, rainbow-like effect. Benedict’s eyes are a combination of blues and greens, with some gold around the pupils.

So.. I have over two months more of summer left! What have I been doing? Volunteering, working, and summer schooling… A busy bee that’s for sure. Good thing my volunteering got reduced to once a week, and my last shift is on June 24th! I’m really thankful that I got to shadow physiotherapists… because I really want to go into this field! Praise the Lord that switching to Kin was the right thing to do!
I’m really anxious to see my work schedule next week..I booked off thursday and saturday and during the same week, Nas is going on vaycay for 2 weeks and Van booked off Sunday.. so I’m definitely working on Sunday.. which I’m not happy about.. : ( It’ll be a long day since I have worship, sunday school, and then work! And sundays are always to busy…. and I have an extra till to count! D: I feel super stressed when I’m closing on Sundays.
After volunteering at the clinic and not being able to.. “connect” to them at the same level, I’m really thankful for my co-workers… I really belong there and I formed great friendships at work! And you know.. ;) SHHH! They’re all so funny and they just make my job so much better!
I’m also taking a physiology course right now… exam next saturday! It’s not super difficult, but you really gotta go through the CD and stuff… it’s a heck load of information. I learned some of it during exercise science and my psycho-motor course too.. so it’s not too bad!
I’m really excited to move it with Carmannn! I didn’t even buy stuff yet… which I have too.. but I simply have no time! I’ll probably start buying stuff after my exam! YEAH:) Life is gooooood man, life is good.
2nd year is almost here…. I’m ready to be a FULL KIN STUDENT! The courses are soo interesting and full off awesomesauceness! But because of this first year kin course that I have to complete, it messes up my entire schedule.. no joke. UGHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But after hours of looking at courses, I decided to take Professional Writing and a Classics Course: Ancient Cities. This way, I’ll finish my category B requirement, and my 0.5 Writing credit that’s needed for Western Kin grad school. I’m ready!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I”m just planning events with my best bud and we told every body in advance (like really advanced) the date, place, time etc etc on a facebook group. And a cool thing about fb, is that it shows who “seen” the message. Okay so 10+ people saw it, but only like 2 people responded… it’s like at least respond, SAY YES OR NO! How simple is that? What’s mind boggling is that, they’re simply avoiding the whole meet-up… and then I follow up with them and they say, “oh maybe, I got something to do that day”. Like you could have said something earlier, so we can accommodate you! And we made a poll to see which days people are free… but they didn’t even participate! You guys say you wanna hang out and what not, but you don’t even put in the effort.
And to that person who I’ll shall not name, I TOLD YOU ABOUT THIS EVENT LIKE 10 YEARS AGO AND NOW YOU’RE SAYING YOU HAVE SOMETHING ELSE TO DO THAT DAY? Like you were practically the person who planned this thing. SHAME ON YOU. Don’t expect me to go to the events YOU plan. So done.
